This past weekend, the final round of the NSW Production Touring Car Championship at Sydney Motorsport Park delivered a thrilling end to the season for RaceAway Track Time. Our team had a fantastic showing, securing 1st and 2nd place in Class E during the highly anticipated one-hour endurance race. This race capped off an incredible weekend of action-packed motorsport and set the stage for exciting opportunities in 2025.

Qualifying
In qualifying, Ronin Lindenmayer led the team with a lap time of 1:53.7999, earning a strong starting position. Philip Alexander followed closely with a time of 1:54.6464, and John Connolly posted a solid 1:58.443. These times set the tone for a competitive weekend as the drivers geared up for Race 1 and the endurance event.
Race 1
Race 1 saw Ronin continue his strong form, finishing 9th overall with a fastest lap of 1:54.2885, while Philip and John delivered consistent performances, recording fastest laps of 1:55.0722 and 1:56.1704, respectively. The team’s focus and precision were on full display as they fine-tuned their approach for the endurance showdown.
The One-Hour Endurance
The one-hour endurance race was the highlight of the weekend, where Ronin Lindenmayer secured 1st place in Class E, with a best lap time of 1:53.9255. His victory not only secured the race win but also cemented his position as the 2024 Class E Champion. Meanwhile, John Connolly teamed up with head coach Philip Alexander for the endurance race. Together, they drove a smart and fast race, finishing 2nd in Class E, with a fastest lap of 1:54.8191. Their near-perfect execution highlighted the value of teamwork and the coaching expertise that RaceAway Track Time offers.
