Phil Alexander brings an extensive and diverse background in motorsport, spanning a multitude of racing categories. With a profound understanding of race car engineering, he expertly combines technical prowess in building high-performance vehicles with exceptional racing expertise. As a professional racer, Phil has competed on the global stage, most notably in the Nürburgring 24 Hour and Thunderhill 25 Hour races.

On home soil, Phil's accomplishments are equally impressive. He secured top 10 positions in the prestigious Bathurst 1000 for three consecutive years, with race cars he built personally achieving placements for four years in a row. His ability to develop drivers from the ground up is unparalleled; he opens doors to professional racing events by providing aspiring racers with the essential skills needed to cross the finish line successfully.

Phil's specialty lies in his keen ability to identify where drivers should focus their energy, time, and resources. By tailoring his coaching to each individual's needs, he accelerates their motorsport careers, guiding them efficiently towards their racing goals. Got questions? We’ve got answers!

  • No experience is needed. Our programs are designed for newcomers to motorsport and to take those with some experience to tthe next level.

  • Day licenses suffice for track days, but you will be required to perform your OLT should racing be part of your program. We can perform this in house as Phil is a senior accredited Motorsport Australia coach.

  • All trck days and general training can be done in long sleeves and long pants with thin sole shoes. You will need an Aus standard AS1698 helmet for all motorsport activities. We highly recommend investing in FIA approved apparel once you move into racing and are happy to assist you with this.

  • Absolutely! We tailor the program based on your driving ability, goals, timeframe, and budget.
