If you're looking to get involved in motorsport, the APRA Series is the perfect entry point.
What is the APRA Series?
The APRA Series is a circuit racing championship specifically for N14 and N15 Nissan Pulsars. These front-wheel-drive cars are known for their reliability and performance, competing in a tightly controlled series to ensure parity and competitive racing. Here's a closer look at what you need to know:
Car Type
Eligible Models: N14 and N15 Nissan Pulsars, in either sedan or hatch variations.
Engine: Designed around the 2.0 (SR20DE) & 1.6 (GA16DE) models.
Racing Weight: Minimum of 1100kg with driver and safety equipment.
Safety Requirements: Each vehicle must be fitted with a Type 3 full safety cage compliant with Schedule J of the Motor Sport Australia Manual.

Membership: Drivers must be current financial members of APRA. Single event memberships are available at the discretion of the APRA Directors
Race Format
The APRA Series features a mix of sprint and endurance races, providing a diverse and challenging racing experience.
Sprint Races: Short, intense races that test speed and agility.
Endurance Races: Longer races that emphasise strategy and stamina. The final round of the year is an endurance event that carries double points.
Competitive Racing
The APRA Series attracts highly competitive drivers, making it a thrilling experience for both participants and spectators. As a one-make series, it pitches driving skill against driving skill, ensuring that the races are not only fair but also incredibly exciting. Every driver competes in identical cars, which means that winning comes down to pure driving talent and racecraft.
